As a tax partner at KPMG LLP, Jill helps clients manage their global human capital. She brings deep operational and strategic experience to clients across a broad range of HR-related tax issues impacting domestic, global, and cross-border employees. Over her 20+ years of experience, she has managed global acquisitions and dispositions, harmonized global compensation policies and administration, and established market-leading tax compliance processes and controls.
Jill’s areas of focus include executive compensation, global equity, HR due diligence and 280G, deferred compensation, cross-border personal and employment tax, and global benefits.
Jill has worked extensively in several industries, including Energy, Entertainment & Media, and Financial Services (private equity and real estate). She understands the unique human capital challenges in these areas and helps her teams and clients develop tailored plans to meet unique industry needs.
Jill has led many educational seminars on a variety of tax topics. She has been a featured commentator on National Public Radio’s Sound Money program and a speaker at events for the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals, Tax Executives Institute, and Society of Human Resource Management.
Jill holds BA degree in Finance from the University of Northern Iowa, and a JD degree from the University of Minnesota. She is also a Certified Public Accountant, New York.
