Kim Howery is a Managing Director in KPMG’s Risk Advisory Solutions practice. She enjoys helping companies with reimagining their IA functions, including helping them to reduce the focus on low-value compliance based activities and increase the focus on high value/ risk-based activities to support the overall company. Kim has experience in helping companies build SOX and internal audit programs, streamline an existing function and implement leading practices to take an IA function to the next level. In addition, Kim has extensive experience in helping companies assess risk, improve business operations, strengthen their control environments, implement governance structures and controls and drive efficiencies.
