Juan Infante

Juan Infante, with more than 11 years of experience providing tax consulting to local and multinational clients, has strong knowledge of and focus in cross-border transactions. He has advised on numerous projects in the energy, technology, and real estate and infrastructure field, among others.

Juan advises international and local companies in matters such as corporate tax, mergers and acquisitions tax, and foreign investment and day-to-day tax issues. He also helps clients in strategic negotiations with the tax authorities in administrative audit processes or in the negotiation of tax rulings. 

Prior to Juan joining KPMG in 2014, he worked in the tax and legal department of another Big Four firm in Chile and served on the Chile international tax desk for that firm in Peru.

Juan has a law degree and is admitted to practice law in Chile and has a post-graduate specialization in tax planning. He also has an MBA degree from IE Business School. He currently serves as a professor at Universidad Mayor lecturing in post-graduate programs.
