Bradley Jones

Brad is a KPMG Director in Human Capital Advisory leading the development and delivery of the Learning Managed Services offering for KPMG customers. He has over 35 years of experience in the field of commercial and public sector education and training. Brad has served in almost every capacity within a learning organization including roles in account management, delivery, sales, and learning solution architect. For the past 17 years, he has worked with large global commercial corporations in the airline, pharmaceutical, and telecom industries to solution, manage, and deliver learning managed services to improve their quality, reduce costs, and optimize operational delivery. In this capacity, he has worked within a global delivery center model to deliver services to customers to meet their global operational requirements.

His previous employers include Conduent, Xerox, IBM, AT&T, Raytheon, and the U.S. Navy. He was previously an IBM Certified Learning Professional and was ROI Certified through the Jack Phillips ROI Institute. Brad has Associate of Science degrees in Computer and Electronics Technology, a Bachelor’s degree in Management, and an Educational Master’s degree in Instructional Technology. Brad has been a past presenter at HRO conferences, learning conferences, and recently co-presented at a Hackett webinar in December 2020 on Lumen’s Learning Managed Services Transformation with their Senior Director of Talent Development.
