Partner, Accounting Methods & Credits

Keith Jordan is a partner in KPMG’s Houston Federal Tax practice. He has been with KPMG since 2004, practicing in the area of federal income taxation. Keith is a member of KPMG’s National Tax Accounting Methods and Credit Services team and is responsible for leading the Research Credit Services practice for KPMG’s Houston Business Unit. In addition, Keith worked for two years in the Income Tax and Accounting division of KPMG’s Washington National Tax WNT practice in Washington, DC.

Keith has extensive experience in serving both private and publicly traded entities. He has assisted these companies in implementing and managing numerous corporate tax engagements, providing services focusing on tax accounting methods, §199, repairs and maintenance, R&D credits and incentives, fixed assets, and other federal, state, and international tax matters. In this capacity, Keith has significant experience working directly with senior client management and personnel in the accounting, tax, finance, R&D/engineering, other operational and administrative departments. He also has experience effectively assisting clients with IRS examination and appeals matters.

Keith is a frequent speaker on tax issues for Tax Executives Institute and various other business organizations.
