Kara is a Director in KPMG’s Advisory Services Practice. She has over 20 years of Financial Services advisory experience assisting clients in large-scale transformation initiatives and change; she specializes in large-scale program and project management in support of business transformation, system rationalization / implementations and process re-engineering. Kara is the Global Account Relationship and Operations Director for the Bank of America account; she coordinates Advisory and Tax services to the Bank utilizing multiple channels as well as connecting teams to new cross-functional opportunities to service the Bank. Kara handles the Global Vendor Management relationship for the Bank and oversees the team responsible for extensive client compliance activities receiving consistent Green scorecards for last 3+ years. She also leads the KPMG Contract Labor Program (CLP) team servicing the Bank.
