Vanessa Kasbekar

Vanessa is an experienced Director and leads the Australian Desk at KPMG US where she is based in New York.  She has over 11 years of experience in Australian corporate tax, focusing on financial services and asset management where she has worked on major cross-border M&A transactions, corporate and financial structuring issues, and has extensive experience managing interaction with, and reviews by, the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).  She also has also spent 18 months on assignment on the London tax team of a large Australian asset manager.
