Tina Kelly is an Advisory Partner with deep knowledge of learning innovations and trends, experience in helping organizations implement a variety of change. In the learning space she focuses on helping clients at all stages of the learning journey from strategy and transformation to learning for a specific change or development need. In the change space she helps clients work through the nuances unique to their organizations in their transformation journeys in today’s changing workforce environment. She also leads our Service Now change teams in providing a powered adoption approach to our clients. A significant part of her 34 year career with KPMG was spending 12+ years building the Advisory learning and development practice – working on strategic planning and execution, assisting in the development of the Advisory competencies, setting instructional design best practices, and overseeing the development and delivery of the Advisory Curriculum.
