He has over 16 years of specialized experience in driving the implementation of Analytics and Intelligent Automation projects for customers across Consumer & Retail. Upendra has led large transformational programs where he was responsible for all aspects of ideation, process design/redesign, solution delivery, scale and ongoing value measurement. He is adept at partnering with senior business and technology stakeholders for translating strategic vision to analytics/automation opportunities and solution roadmaps towards strategic transformation.
