Kashif Khan

Kashif is a Director in KPMG’s Accounting Advisory Services practice, which provides technical accounting, financial reporting, and other transactional support  in connection with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, IPO’s / capital markets, accounting policy conversions and implementations, restatements, and fresh start accounting. 

Kashif has been with KPMG for over 15 years, working in our Audit and Advisory practices. As an Audit Senior Manager, Kashif was responsible for planning, performing and supervising audits of large and medium-sized public and non-public company financial information prepared under IFRS and U.S. GAAP. As an Advisory Director, Kashif advises companies on technical accounting matters regarding the preparation of financial information under IFRS and U.S. GAAP, and assists in the implementation of the revenue recognition standard issued by the IASB and the FASB, as well as accounting for Business Combinations under IFRS and US GAAP. 

Kashif is a frequent presenter and serves as a KPMG National Instructor. Kashif is also a member of the KPMG Revenue Recognition Network, the Business Combinations Topic Team, and the IFRS Topic Team.
