Hyo is a director in KPMG’s Advisory practice working in the Product Operations & Procurement service line.
Hyo has substantial experience leading, coordinating and executing advisory engagements across a variety of industries, including aerospace and defense, diversified industries, oil and gas, chemicals, public sector and financial services. His specializations span a wide range of disciplines including strategic sourcing, spend analysis, purchase-to-pay process and improvement, contract lifecycle management, supply chain optimization, quality process convergence, LEAN Six Sigma and business transformation.
Representative work includes successfully leading a global engagements on spend analysis and category opportunity identification for a major aerospace and defense tier 1 manufacturer; a strategic sourcing and spend analysis engagement for a North American natural gas transmission company; a procurement transformation initiative for a global Tier 1 automotive supplier; and developed a benchmarking and assessment framework to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of the existing purchase to pay process of a leading energy company.
