Jason’s primary area of practice involves the design and implementation of tax efficient business operating models, including advanced value chain analytics, traditional supply chain management (including sourcing and procurement strategies), intellectual property migration, intangible asset structuring, foreign tax credit optimization, financing / holding company structuring, Subpart F income minimization, repatriation strategies, foreign country expansion efforts, acquisition structuring, and post-acquisition integration.

With over 25 years of professional experience, Jason has served as global project leader for many large multinational restructuring projects.  In addition, he has provided oversight and coordination services for other global tax compliance and consulting engagements.

He currently serves in a leadership role for KPMG’s Value Chain Management (VCM) practice in the U.S.  He also serves on KPMG’s Global VCM Steering Committee.  In this capacity, Jason works to deliver cross-disciplinary engagements to KPMG’s clients, incorporating various tax, strategy and management consulting services focused on enhancing after-tax returns and cash flows for in-scope business functions.
