Karen is a Director in KPMG’s IT Advisory Services practice with more than 15 years of experience working in the accounting and financial systems arena. She has been with KPMG for 13 years.
Prior to joining KPMG, Karen held various leadership roles for a Fortune 500 Facilities Management company. Karen is skilled in Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) 404, business process control assessments, process optimization, and project management. She has participated in numerous aspects of KPMG’s Advisory services including: Sarbanes-Oxley 404 Integrated Audits, Sarbanes-Oxley 404 Advisory Engagements, Internal Audit services, Project Management assistance, Conversion Validation and Verification, and Process Design.
