Roger Koferl

Roger has dedicated over 28 years  in public accounting to the field of Global Mobility Services (GMS), and currently serves as the global lead partner for some of the practice’s most prestigious clients. He has been the engagement lead on a number of clients during his career with KPMG. This has allowed him to gain experience with aerospace and defense contractors, financial institutions, large global manufacturers, and the hospitality industry.  

Roger is a frequent speaker at both internal and external conferences. In 2008 Roger hosted over 300 clients and KPMG GMS professionals at the Firm’s International Assignment Forum in Washington D.C. Prior to that, he has spoken at KPMG’s U.S. and European GMS client conferences and at external events sponsored by such organizations as the National Foreign Trade Counsel, Organizational Resource Counselors, the American Payroll Association, ECA International, and the Philadelphia International Personnel Group. Roger is also a frequent instructor at KPMG training sessions and has been awarded KPMG’s annual “Instructor Excellence” award on six different occasions.
