Michael is a Managing Director in KPMG Restructuring Advisory, Healthcare and Life Sciences Practice, and is based in Chicago. Michael has over forty years’ experience in the industry working with distressed and underperforming healthcare organizations in performance improvement, capital restructuring and distressed M&A. Michael has significant financial and operational experience and has testified as an expert industry witness in numerous state and federal courts.
Michael has served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Restructuring Officer at healthcare organizations and led cross-functional teams in helping organizations drive meaningful improvements in liquidity, profitability, and business processes.
