Bart is partner at the Global Strategy Group, supporting organizations to execute on their Operational Strategy. Building on his experience within the COO domain, Bart and his teams are predominantly requested to facilitate clients in translating their Board room ambition into a shop floor reality, focusing on value generation. Bart has over 18 years of experience in consulting, notable being Senior Vice President for Hitachi's Management Consulting Practice and Head of Region for Celerant Consulting.
Prior to consulting, Bart gained international experience, primarily in the FMCG industry, covering Research & Development, Operations, Logistics and line management functions.
