Sarah Lee specializes in tax issues related to renewable energy companies. Sarah leads large-scale engagements in the renewable energy industry, including sponsors and tax equity partnerships. She previously provided tax services to public and private companies in various industries, including energy, real estate, and private equity.
Sarah has experience in providing tax consulting and tax return preparation and review services. She has a broad base of knowledge with corporate and partnership business structures. Her experience includes analysis of business issues, review of partnership agreements, partner allocations and reporting, and tax planning.
Sarah is a certified public accountant in Illinois and Texas. She received an MS degree in accountancy and a BA degree from University of Houston.
