Michelle joined KPMG in October 2021 as a Director in the Finance Transformation practice. Michelle has more than 16 years of experience supporting companies in finance transformation, regulatory reporting, and cross-functional program management. Michelle’s financial services experience spans across investment banking, retail banking, and commercial banking. She has successfully delivered projects involving the design of new Finance target operating / service delivery models; process improvement and intelligent automation; month-end close acceleration; cost efficiency, and regulatory reporting compliance. Prior to KPMG, Michelle worked at Goldman Sachs and other consulting companies. She obtained her CPA license in New York.
