Senior Manager, Mergers & Acquisitions Tax

Rebeccah is a senior manager in the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Tax practice located in Boston, Massachusetts. Prior to joining KPMG, she served in a similar role at another Big Four accounting firm in Boston. Rebeccah earned an undergraduate degree from Vassar College with a minor in Art History, and graduated from Boston University School of Law with a JD. She is a licensed in Massachusetts.

Rebeccah has provided tax assistance on domestic and international transactions for large public strategic clients and private equity clients. Her services include the coordination of domestic and international tax due diligence investigations, structuring and modeling, and providing technical tax guidance on domestic and cross-border mergers, business acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, spin-offs, and tax-free reorganizations.

Within the M&A Tax practice, Rebeccah has also focused on project work, particularly on transaction cost analyses. This has included researching and drafting technical opinions with respect to spin-offs, consolidated return regulations, covered transactions, and worthless stock deductions
