Bingjie Liu

Bingjie Liu is a Senior Associate in KPMG’s Trade and Customs practice. Her area of focus is in the First Sale for Export (FSFE) field, and working with importers and vendors to implement, review, and test FSFE programs. She has been also assisting companies in responding to CBP FSFE auditing.

Bingjie has been serving clients in various industries, including but not limited to apparel, footwear, furniture, jewelry, machineries, etc. She has been presenting in seminars in Hong Kong and New York City and training the trade communities about the requirements and practice related to First Sale programs. 

Bingjie is based in New York City and she is bilingual and bicultural in Chinese and English. She holds LL.M, J.D. LL.B degrees.
