Mark has 20 years of experience in end-to-end business process transformations that are digitally enabled. Mark has partnered with clients across verticals through his career, with automotive and industrial manufacturing clients comprising a significant portion of his project portfolio. His recent clients are in various stages of evolving their supply chain capabilities, concentrating on improving visibility, analytics, and planning. Mark has extensive experience with designing and implementing market leading control tower/digital twin solutions to help his clients see, analyze, and plan their supply chain better.
Mark holds a BS degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and is bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese.
