Michael is a Principal in KPMG’s Advisory practice with more than 28 years of experience delivering results on complex projects for clients across a variety of roles in both industry and management consulting.
He has focused on the procurement/supply chain area for many years and has led teams on projects ranging from large scale transformation programs to shorter-term strategy projects. He has led purchase-to-pay transformation projects for several automotive and manufacturing clients, providing deep experience in advising clients on how to make transformative projects a success.
Michael joined KPMG in 2008 and serves as a partner on the leadership team for the Product Operations & Procurement practice. He has specialized in a variety of services including procurement/supply chain transformation, supplier relationship management, strategic sourcing/category management, organization/operating model design, source-to-pay implementation, and digital procurement/supply chain.
