Eamonn is a seasoned Managing Director in the Customer and Operations (C&O) Financial Services practice with more than 25 years in Industry and Consulting working with GSIBS, Capital Markets and Regional Banks.
He has delivered numerous transformations to the middle office and support functions of his clients to simplify, automate, and reinforce the execution of processes to achieve cost, speed to market and customer experience objectives. Specifically, he has transformed numerous operations functions to better address robust execution requirements, the transformation of finance and product control organizations, both with US and non-US institutions. While in Industry, Eamonn led a change function for a large GSIB, and integration function in the Fixed Income division of a large investment bank.
