Brian Mensink

Brian is a Partner in KPMG's Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk (IA&ER) practice in Minneapolis. Prior to joining the IA&ER practice, Brian had over 20 years of experience auditing public and private companies in the manufacturing, agri-business, life sciences, and software and technology industries.

Brian has experience providing a wide variety of services to companies ranging from large multinational corporations to pre‑IPO start‑up companies. Brian’s primary focus is assisting companies with initial implementations of SOX compliance programs. His perspective as a former lead audit partner allows him to bring a well-reasoned and practical approach assisting his clients as they design and implement internal controls over financial reporting that are both efficient and effective.
