Dani Michaux is a Partner in KPMG Consulting IT Advisory based in Ireland. She is currently leading the Cyber Security service offerings. She has over 18 years of working experience where she has had the opportunity to consult multiple clients on Cyber Security Strategy and Governance, Unified Compliance and Risk Management, Business Continuity Planning, Information Governance, IT GRC, Information Security Management Systems, Security Architecture, Security Remediation Programs, Security Assessment especially to the Financial, Telecommunications, Energy, and Government sectors.
While at KPMG, Dani has also performed a number of information security engagement within Energy (Power and Oil and Gas) and Telecommunication Companies covering Process Control Domain Systems and critical infrastructure for Telecommunication Companies. Dani has recently been the CISO for a Telecommunication company and led and successfully delivered the 3 year Security Transformation Programme for a ASEAN Regional telecommunications company. She has also provided CISO Strategy advisory to a Telco group for 4 months, undertaking the Regional GCISO role and has served as an acting Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) role for a major power and utility company for 1 year. She is also a leading KPMG advisor on Cloud Security initiatives and Emerging Technology Risk Initiatives.
