Michael Montecillo is a KPMG Advisory Director within Cyber Defense, has more than 15 years of experience in information security, specializing in security operations, vulnerability management, and security strategy. Michael has previously served as a the Director of Security Intelligence for North America within IBM Security Services, as a business development leader and a senior researcher on the IBM XForce, a vulnerability management coordinator and forensic investigator for the State of Michigan as well as a consultant and principal security analyst for Enterprise Management Associates (an industry analysis firm). Testament to Michael’s leadership he has been featured on FOX Business and the Today Show, has won two state police awards for professional excellence, has published more than 30 research articles, and was a contributing author to the 2013 Health Law and Compliance Update. At KPMG Michael specializes in cyber defense and vulnerability analysis.
