Jason Moran
Managing Director, Corporate Finance
Jason is a Managing Director for KPMG CF LLC’s Healthcare Life Sciences Group, and is based in the San Francisco office.
He has over 20 years of healthcare investment banking experience. Jason advises clients on equity capital, debt capital and M&A transactions and has completed over 125 transactions representing over USD 16 billion in value. His clients include leading global medical technology, pharma/biotechnology and healthcare services companies.
Jason has also held roles in Corporate Development at Affymetrix, Inc. and at Molecular Devices Corporation. He also has an educational background in the life sciences.
Before joining KPMG CF LLC, Jason was a Managing Director in the Healthcare Investment Banking Groups at Thomas Weisel Partners and, prior to that, at Piper Jaffray & Co. Jason holds a B.A. in Biology from Yale University and an M.S. in Management from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
