Pat has over twenty-five years of business transformation experience in a variety of industries with Enterprise Systems, Business Process Reengineering, Supply Chain Management, and Financial Analysis.
In his current role with KPMG, Pat has practice management responsibilities as well as ensuring quality in delivery, services strategy, resource deployment, recruiting, pre-sales support, and professional development of consultants across KPMG’s Enterprise Solutions practice. In addition to the firm management responsibilities, Pat continues to practice and employ PMI-based project management approach and methodology on a daily basis, engaging as a Quality Assurance Manager on strategic projects.
Prior to KPMG, Pat worked at Zanett, Deloitte and Touche, Andersen Consulting and IBM in both Consulting and Operations roles. He was also a board member of the Central Indiana Chapter of APICS and a member of the Project Management Institue.
Pat holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and was a certified CPIM (APICS).
