Nirmal Nagda
Partner, Deal Advisory, M&A Tax and PE-MUM
Nirmal is a partner with the Deal Advisory (M&A and PE) Tax practice of KPMG in India and has more than 18 years of work experience in the field of international tax advisory and regulatory services, restructuring, and private equity sector.
He has extensive experience in transaction structuring, including mergers and acquisitions, internal re-organizations, investment and exit structuring, fund structuring, tax due diligence reviews, tax & regulatory compliances and tax representation.
Nirmal is a regular speaker on various conferences and seminars and authored / co-authored various papers and publications on professional subjects.
