Brad is is a Director in the People & Change practice of KPMG, focusing on HR Strategy and Program Delivery. Over the past seventeen years, Brad has advised clients and implemented HR service delivery solutions by integrating HR program designs with business objectives and strategy. Brad's experiences have included HR strategy refinement, HR service delivery model design, shared service and HR business process outsourcing transition and transformation, benefit plan administration, HR operation/process definition, HR Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) governance models and strategies, and HR/employee enabling technology solutions for large and mid-sized organizations. He has also acted as a program and project manager for client transitional and transformational HR service delivery models in the internal, shared service, and outsourced environments. His client engagements include organizations in the Automotive, Consumer Products, Health Services, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, and Technology sectors.
