National Audit Industry Leader Investment Management
Brent is an audit partner in KPMG’s Minneapolis office and the National Audit Industry Leader for KPMG’s Investment Management practice. Brent has more than 30 years of experience providing audit services to investment management and investment fund clients, including mutual funds, hedge funds, private equity/venture capital investment companies, and investment advisers. Brent serves as an SEC reviewing partner (second review partner for audits of SEC registrants) for the public sector of KPMG’s fund practice.
