Ellen has over 14 years of experience in assisting leading entities in strategy and execution of global security programs and building sustainable solutions to address threats and risks. She helps clients across industries to advance security posture through designing, building, and running an effective cyber security and/or IT risk management program and aligning security strategies to achieve business goals. Her clients range in size from major Fortune 50 companies to not-for-profit entities.
She is currently leading the KPMG Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) service offering to help clients to pursue compliance with this emerging compliance requirement in order to conduct business with the Department of Defense (DoD).
