Principal, Tax - Economic & Valuation Services

Brad is a Principal in the Economic & Valuation Services practice, based in Silicon Valley, CA. He is KPMG LLP’s National Transfer Pricing Leader for the Technology Industry, driving thought leadership on how best to leverage the firm’s deep expertise to add value for technology companies.

Brad has more than 15 years of transfer pricing experience, both in consulting roles and as an in-house practitioner. He specializes in helping clients navigate cross-border tax issues and champions a practical approach to solving complex transfer pricing problems, having managed the issues from within the corporate environment.

Brad serves clients ranging from early stage to large, global multi-nationals across multiple industries but with a particular focus in the technology sector. 

Prior to joining KPMG, Brad was the Director of Global Transfer Pricing and US Tax Controversy for Intel Corporation. In that role he led the transfer pricing team, managing both the strategic and operational transfer pricing issues facing the organization. He also managed the IRS relationship for all tax matters, working closely with internal and external subject matter experts to articulate and defend tax positions before the IRS.
