Sahil is a Managing Director in the KPMG Strategy practice, where he focuses on running large-scale M&A-led technology transformations for our Financial Services clients. Sahil has more than 15 years of experience delivering large technology strategy, IT operating model, and M&T IT engagements for top US and Global banks and Payments companies. His recent engagements include building the Real-Time Payments platform for a Financial Institution, leading technology separation of a Business unit from a credit card processor, creating the technology strategy and IT operating model for a top 3 US bank, and assisting a large US bank with the divestiture of 50+ branches and 75+ ATMs. Sahil also recently led the technology integration between two global payments companies. Prior to joining KPMG – Sahil worked at Deloitte for 13 years. He has experience working on technology transformations and M&A IT engagements in India, UK, and the US across financial services, Energy, Telecommunications, Health care, and Media clients.
