Assessed member needs, client customizations, and technology to develop a comprehensive migration plan. Successfully managed migration to the cloud and helped client stakeholders standardize processes and approach for quarterly technology upgrades post migration.
  • Global Healthcare Company: Business architect for the Emerging Markets group of a global healthcare client seeking to stand-up a new venture. Analyzed current state business architecture, defined market requirements/capabilities for a future state architecture, and developed a new business implementation strategy for a newly created subsidiary.
  • Fortune 50 Retailer: Assessed current state customer communication capabilities and architected a future state communications engine to modernize customer engagement for a fortune 50 retailer.
