Vimal Patel is a Principal in the Houston, Texas office of KPMG’s Economic & Valuation Services Practice. He has assisted clients in connection with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, and bankruptcy.
Mr. Patel’s industry knowledge includes a wide range of valuation assignments including: upstream, midstream, downstream petrochemicals, power generation and renewables. Additionally, he has managed and conducted numerous multibillion dollar valuations and has a strong international background, having conducted valuations of assets for businesses located in Central and South America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Australia.
