- Established technology governance office for an Fortune 100 aerospace company to ensure government compliance and to improve accountability for continual improvement related to technology projects. Delivered 50% improvement in project completion metrics – time and cost.
- Developed technology strategies for multiple retail clients focusing on omni-channel, point of sales, and online/store integration as key factors.
- Supported the renegotiation of a $2B multi year technology outsourcing services deal for a major healthcare provider resulting in greater service quality delivery, accountability, and transparency.
- Supported the merger of three technology enabled recruiting and staffing firms focused in the technology and medical support labor markets as the lead for the technical integration office. Specific work included performing due diligence on two of the targets, defining the deal execution through close, and supporting the initial integration for the first 100 days.
- Supported the merger of two physical therapy clinic networks as the interim CIO. Specific work included initial deal diligence, transaction execution definition/close, and first 100 days initial support as well as recruiting a full time replacement for the CIO position.
