- Currently, he leads the Global Compliance Management Services practice in Colombia.
- He has participated in tax planning and tax compliance advisory projects to large multinational companies.
- Oswaldo leads the IT tax practice in Colombia.
- He was in charge of IES (International Executive Services) for five years.
- Oswaldo has participated in various Due Diligences for different sectors.
- He is member in the implementation of IFRS in Colombia in relation to taxes in the Technical Board of Accounting
- He was the President of tax and economic technical issues of the ICDT during 2017.
- Oswaldo has been tax instructor for internal auditors courses and professor of tax matters at Universidad Santo Tomás de Aquino, Universidad Externado de Colombia and Universidad Sergio Arboleda.
