Michelle services as KPMG's APAC ServiceNow Leader and is passionate about building strong partnerships with clients to help ensure their success. Her key focus is driving value for the business with customer experience at the core.
Michelle works closely with clients to align their overall IT strategy to the IT Operating Model to help deliver tangible improvements at tactical and operational levels. Through years of experience working with organizations across sectors including banking, education, media, legal and health, she brings a deep understanding of the challenges IT organizations face in a fast-paced change environment.
In addition to her experience with the IT organization, Michelle has worked with HR and Risk to enable them to get the best value from the ServiceNow platform.
