Jeff is an experienced director with the KPMG Infrastructure Advisory Practice focused on federal infrastructure grants (IIJA, IRA, and CHIPS). Prior to joining KPMG, Jeff spent nearly a decade with the federal government serving in the U.S. Senate, U.S. Department of Commerce, and most recently with the U.S. Trade and Development Agency. While with USTDA Jeff was responsible for developing and managing federal grants and contracts supporting major infrastructure projects across the globe, including telecommunications, transportation, energy, and healthcare. Jeff was a Level II Contracting Officer Representative under Federal Acquisitions Regulations and managed more than $10 million in federal programs.

In addition to his work in the federal government, Jeff was the recipient of a Fulbright grant and completed the Partnership for Public Service Foundations in Public Leadership program.

Jeff holds an M.A. in Economics from the Johns Hopkins University, a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Denver, and an Executive Certificate in Advancing Sustainability from the New York University Stern School of Business.
