Shelley is a managing director in KPMG’s Finance Transformation practice with more than fifteen years of finance and accounting experience. She has substantial background across many finance functions including target operating model design, finance transformation initiatives, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, monthly close activities and business process analysis and re-design. In addition to her time at KPMG, Shelley has experience supporting Management Consulting advisory engagements across financial services, with a focus on Insurance. She continues to help clients through large transformation initiatives with a focus on finance integration and transformation.
