Supported cross-regional coordination to ensure complete alignment, identification of multi-country issues and resolution, maintenance of lessons learned knowledge database for future waves so countries could prevent same issues.
  • Supported development of a comprehensive integration playbook for a HCLS Company that was considering inorganic path to complement its organic growth and expand its product portfolio. Responsible for executing an Integration Capability Assessment that enable KPMG team to tailor Playbook content aiming to describe core integration and functional capabilities to successfully buy and integrate acquisition targets, integration leading practices, structures, and tools to effectively integrate multiple acquisitions into ongoing operations. In addition, assisted development of iterative training session to train client’s new integration leadership team.
  • Responsible for North America Financial Reporting and Accounting (FRA) workstream, supporting the client on the development of critical path, recruiting and organizational updates tracking, project plan execution, FRA Day 1 readiness assessment, and ongoing management of regional/country FRA project timelines and coordination of deliverables.
    Led Country Legal Entity Integration project responsible for meeting project’s goals, including monitoring ERP implementation project (outside LEI scope), identifying and managing related impacts on Finance, Supply Chain, Quality, and Regulatory aiming to ensure supply continuity with no impact to BAU operations.
  • Led Country Separation project responsible for developing business relationships vital to the success of the project, effectively communicate project expectations and objectives to main stakeholders and team members in a timely and clear fashion and to proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, drive resolution and devise contingency plans in order to achieve Day 1 Readiness.
  • Worked in the Country PMO, as part of a Global PMO for a USD20 Billion publicly traded Bioscience Company, responsible for coordinating client’s Operational Functional workstreams and KPMG team when executing project`s activities in accordance with the Integration Management Office Methodology.
  • Acted as a project team leader applying meeting and workshop facilitation skills having to constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders and Central Team.
