Raquel Quintana

Raquel is a Tax Manager in KPMG's State and Local Tax - International Indirect Tax practice. She has more than 7 years of experience in indirect tax consulting, including tax automation and process reviews. Her background includes cross-functional experience in the areas of tax, accounting, finance, business re-engineering, and information systems.

Raquel specializes in value added tax, providing advice to businesses operating in most industry sectors and different supply chains. She is familiar with different indirect tax regimes across the European Union, Latin America, and Asia. She also has experience on writing tax business requirements and liaising with software developers and business analysts during the planning and design phases of implementation projects of ERPs/tax engines. Raquel’s current and past clients include leaders in the industrial product, food manufacturing and distribution, information technology, pharmaceutical, aerospace, leisure and entertainment industries.
