Eliza brings over nine years of professional experience in marketing, as well as consumer and retail and banking industry experience. As a member of KPMG Ignition, Eliza has specialized in industry and consumer strategic intelligence, experience design and facilitation, and design thinking. Prior to joining the firm she worked in advertising and in the banking industry on customer experience.
