- Developed new investment governance process, from planning and ROI to tracking and execution
- Performed stand-alone cost assessment for $600M carve-out of aerospace services firm, resulting in successful divestiture and follow-on implementation
- Led organization design and planning for finance team supporting ~5,000 FTE global supply chain and customer operations team, including functional capabilities, harmonizing roles/responsibilities, spans, layers, and supporting executive communications
- Transformational redesign and development of free cash flow management organization at $6.5B topline client in media space, including global short-term direct and long-term strategic indirect forecasting, identifying and training key resources to build out team, holding global process improvement workshops, and identifying and implementing FCF enhancement opportunities
- Served energy services client at near-risk of illiquidity in stabilizing, controlling spend and developing an operating plan, including providing a rapid short-term cash assessment and forecast; a formal 13 week forecast model; identifying performance improvement opportunities; and cash preservation / management, including guidance to investors of minimum funding requirement over several rounds
