Teri Robinson

Teri is an experienced C-level officer, and has extensive experience in both consulting and industry, including public corporations, privately held companies and public sector organizations. She held executive positions in technology and operational management prior to joining EquaTerra in 2003. EquaTerra was acquired by KPMG, and Teri leads the Integratd Transformation area in the Shared Services and Outsourcing Advisory (SSOA) for KPMG. During her years as a consultant, Teri has focused on complex, cross functional client engagements. She has led many of large transformational projects, with responsibilities for both business development and client delivery. She is highly experienced in managing challenging projects under tight deadlines, as well as leading large teams with numerous internal and external stakeholders. 

Teri’s diverse background includes large scale outsourcing across multiple functional areas simultaneously, assessments, strategic planning and business analysis, governance design and implementation, negotiations and complex contract remediation, shared services, financial impact analysis, systems integration and implementation, software and hardware selection, technology research, evaluation and deployment, systems development, change management and communications, organization design, and organization development.
