Kimberly Roth

Kimberly Roth is a Managing Director with KPMG’s International Tax practice in Houston. She serves clients primarily in the upstream energy, oilfield services and contract drilling industries. Kimberly has over twenty-five years of Big Four international tax experience. She has worked extensively with U.S.- based multinationals in a variety of jurisdictions and also has significant experience working with foreign-based multinationals investing in the U.S. She has primarily specialized in outbound and inbound tax planning; however, she also has significant experience in international tax provision assistance and international tax reporting.  Kimberly is a frequent speaker on international tax matters, having presented to the American Petroleum Institute, the Tax Executives Institute and at various Bloomberg BNA events.
