Karthik Sadasivam

Karthik is a Director in KPMG LLP's Risk Advisory Solutions Practice. He has over 14 years of industry experience in IT audits (external and internal), Security Assessments, IT attestations, IT project assessments and software development for clients spanning several industries such as State and Local Government, Higher Education, Not-for-Profit, pharmaceutical, financial, manufacturing, etc. He focuses on Application Security and Controls assessments within KPMG’s Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Technology group and has led several global IT risk advisory and assurance engagements.

Karthik has experience managing IT audit and advisory engagements across several industries. He has served on various teams for Security and internal controls assessments, IT project assessments; Sarbanes-Oxley 404 testing of IT systems; SOC1/SOC2 attestations and controls risk assessments and recommendations. He also has hands-on experience in the audits of ViTech V3 application for a major Pension Benefits Fund administrator.
