Anu is a Tax partner for KPMG in Singapore, and has over 20 years of tax experience working in Singapore, Switzerland and India, out of which 14 years can be attributed to Singapore. She has a special focus on the fund management and real estate sector and has served a wide portfolio of clients, comprising mostly multinationals. She has been involved in advising a number of fund managers on tax efficient structures for their fund vehicles investing in variety of investments especially Pan Asian real estate

Anu has worked with Singapore and foreign investors to structure their Singapore real estate investments (both asset and share deals) in a tax efficient manner. She has worked with a number of fund managers in structuring downstream real estate investments in countries such as Australia, China, Korea, Hong Kong, India, Malaysia, and Indonesia. Her expertise also lies in cross border investments and financial products.
