Industries

Helping clients meet their business challenges begins with an in-depth understanding of the industries in which they work. That’s why KPMG LLP established its industry-driven structure. In fact, KPMG LLP was the first of the Big Four firms to organize itself along the same industry lines as clients.

Judd Schreiber, based in Boston, has many years of experience in providing transactional and continuing tax advice to corporate and private equity clients.

Judd focuses on assisting multinational clients based outside of the United States with transactional and ongoing business tax support. Additionally, he serves as the M&A Tax lead for U.S.-inbound clients and the U.S. Tax lead for the KPMG U.S.-Germany Corridor. Judd also provides tax support with various ongoing business matters that arise outside of the deal context.

Specifically, Judd provides general tax consulting, due diligence, structuring advice, opinions, transaction readiness support, financing planning, review of complex corporate transactions, treaty analyses, tax comments to legal agreements, modeling of complex tax calculations and projections, transaction cost analyses, cash repatriation planning, tax attribute analyses, and many other services designed to ensure that transactional and business matters are structured in a globally tax-efficient manner.
